Lucky Palms

Thursday Lucky Palms comes out and when I first saw this world I didn't care to get it. A friend asked me if I was going to get it and I said no. But I got bored and watched the stream they did about Lucky Palms, after I saw that I was sold on it. For me it was the houses they showed right on the lake. They are small but so beautiful and I want my sims to live in them. I saw them and said I need this world now. 

The other thing that made me feel like I needed this world was the wishing well. I think the wishing well is the coolest thing they have added to the game. I actually want to get the evil child. I believe you can wish for love, power, children, or money. I’ll embed the video at the bottom of this post so you can watch it and see how cool it looks.

Last night I couldn’t sleep so I went to the sims forms and asked a question. That question was “Dose anyone else miss having season. To me that was the best sims2 explanation and its just something I would really like to have in the sims3. If anyone else misses it comment and say what your favorite sim season was.” and I have gotten alot more replies then I thought I would. My favorite one comes from hellojewby who wrote “yesssssss i dooooooooo. to the point that i've reinstalled sims 2/seasons (and playing non-stop!!!!) with all this talk of POSSIBLE seasons for sims 3. and my favorite season is winter because i looove love love snow. then spring because thunderstorms. but i've been playing on all winter settings because its stupid hot summer here and i hate summer!! i miss cold/snow.” 

It just makes me happy to know that I’am not the only one that misses the seasons in the sims2 and that their might be a seasons EP in TS3. If you would like to add to this forum feel free just click the link. http://forum.thesims3.com/jforum/posts/list/554088.page

I only got to play the sims for like an hour and a half today so not much really happen they moved to a new house and they went on a date. Nothing really special like yesterday. So that is were im going to end it today. I should have a more interesting post tomorrow.

Trying Something New

Well I'm trying something new. I want to be a little more active in the sim community. I've been playing for a long time and have done a couple of crapy sims story's in the sims 1 and sims2. 

What I want to talk about today is one of the sim families that I have been playing. The Dwyer family which started with just one sim Nicolle. She became a firer fighter in sunset valley and just fell in love with her job. She stayed at work all week with a few visits to the bar for a few hours each night. For the most part she did nothing but work all the time. Saving sims form house firers and disasters. 

One night at the bar she ended up meeting a sim with a strange name Cycl0n3 (NPC name). She was not sure if it was the drinks they had been downing that night or what but she walked over to him and started chatting him up. Then chatting turned to flirting. Suddenly he got nervous and ran off before Nicolle could give him a kiss goodnight. But luckily in her chatting with him she got his phone number. 

The next day after she had put out a small house firer she gave Cycl0n3 a call and they talked and decided to meet up at the diner for something to eat. A couple of days latter Nicolle got invited to Cycl0n3 party, she went to the party and her and Cycl0n3 ended up getting vary close. They even shared their first kiss and even the first woohoo. Nicolle left Cycl0n3 apartment the next day found out she was pregnant. 

She met up with Cycl0n3 to tell him and he was pleased about the pregnancy they talked all night and at the end of the night Nicolle asked him to marry her. He said yes. There plan was to get married before the child was born, but like most plans theres would not work out. They had wanted to get marred on the beach in sunset valley. They were just hours from having that wedding when Nicolle’s water broke. She was rushed off to the hospital where she gave birth with her husband to be, by her side. She ended up giving birth to a baby girl named Cookie (Named after another sim from another game I have going). 

They came home and put Cookie in he crib and they had a privet wedding in the backyard. Nicolle and Cycl0n3 said there vows and became one happy family.

Thats were I stopped and saved for today. I don’t know how much longer I will be playing this family because lucky lake coming out this week and Im going to want to play in that world. I might do a blog post about that tomorrow and what Im looking forward to in that.
